Fulfillment Policy
American Science and Medical Writers (ASMW) is committed to providing exceptional scientific writing services to our clients. Our fulfillment policy outlines the principles we follow to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Service and Delivery Policies
At ASMW, we provide skilled and above-par grant proposal and manuscript writing services to life-science researchers. We receive proposals, draft manuscripts, and other scientific publications via email as attachments or using an online electronic file transfer (e.g., Dropbox from Microsoft). Once our editing and rewriting service is completed, we will deliver the products the same way we received them. The client is free to accept and reject the changes made to the documents and update them as they deem helpful and appropriate. ASMW will provide an optional second round of free-of-charge rechecking and finalizing service as requested by the client.
Payment Terms
The client is expected to pay at least a 25% deposit (in USD) on the invoice to commit to the service and signal ASMW to commence the work. Our normal turnaround is ten days to two weeks. Once our editing and rewriting service is completed, the client will be notified for full payment and delivery.
Confidentiality and Privacy
At ASMW, we value our clients’ hard work and respect their confidentiality with utmost sincerity. We safeguard client data and proprietary information. We do not disclose their names or their work to anyone under any circumstances. Those who would like to protect their data, even from the editors at ASMW, are encouraged to remove them (e.g., figures and tables) from the document and send only the text part to ASMW.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel service before making a deposit and commencing the work. They can communicate with ASMW via email at writers@scienceandmedicalwriters.com or by requesting a telephone meeting with the Chief Scientific Officer about the feasibility of the work, expertise in the area, and value for the money. Due to the non-refundable nature of the service, clients may not cancel it once editing and rewriting work has begun.
